Since 1985, Chester County Connect Care has been walking alongside families in our region, offering hope, support, and practical resources during one of life’s most critical seasons—parenthood. With locations in Coatesville, West Chester, and Kennett Square, this nonprofit pregnancy care medical center is on a mission to connect women, men, and families to empowering resources that help them thrive.
What They Do
Chester County Connect Care provides no-cost pregnancy-related medical care, emotional support, and educational programs in both English and Spanish to individuals navigating the journey of parenthood. Clients can earn essential items such as diapers, formula, wipes, clothing, and more—support that doesn’t end after the baby is born. In fact, their care extends all the way until the child turns 18.
What sets them apart is their long-term commitment. They don’t just offer a hand in the moment—they walk with their clients year after year, guiding them toward a healthy, thriving family life through mentorship, education, and practical aid.
A New Home for Hope
In an exciting development, Chester County Connect Care recently purchased a home to serve pregnant women in the community who are facing homelessness. Through their residential housing program, they provide not only a safe and supportive environment, but also life-enriching classes in budgeting, household management, parenting, and Bible study.
This program is more than a shelter—it’s a foundation for transformation. Their goal is to help clients build the confidence and skills needed to provide a secure, loving home for their children.

This year marks an incredible milestone—40 years of service! To celebrate, Chester County Connect Care is inviting the community to their FREE family-friendly summer picnic on:
