Policy Documents
You can expect to receive your finalized policy documents within 30–60 days after your coverage begins. This timeframe allows the insurance carrier to fully process and finalize the policy. Submitting your payment promptly helps speed up this process, as most carriers require payment before they will issue the completed policy.
Have Billing Questions?
For questions about your bill or to update payment information, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly.

Filing a Claim – What to Expect
At Blue Marsh Insurance, we understand that filing a claim can be a stressful experience — and we're here to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. You really find out how good your insurance policy AND agency are when you have a claim.
Every Policy Comes with Support
When your commercial policy is issued, your insurance carrier will provide a Claims Kit that includes everything you need to file a claim, such as:

Physician panels (for Workers' Compensation claims)

Contact information for reporting a claim

A list of details you’ll need to submit
Please review and keep this information handy so you're prepared if a claim ever needs to be filed.
Workers' Compensation Claims
For Workers’ Compensation, most carriers require the employer (you) to report claims directly. This is due to privacy regulations and the sensitive nature of medical information. You’ll find instructions and provider panels in the claims kit provided by your carrier.
All Other Commercial Claims
For all other types of claims — such as property, liability, or auto — you have two options:

Report directly to your insurance carrier (contact details are in your Claims Kit), or

It's pretty rare that you'll have to file a claim, but if you do, we're here to help. If you ever have any questions about your claim, reach out to us. That's what we're here for.
Customer Service Center
Our Customer Service Center is open 24/7 to allow you to make insurance requests including adding or removing a vehicle, and requesting a COI. It's a good idea to bookmark this page so you always have it ready to go!
